Non-Profit Gives Raises

White House Clinics, a nonprofit community healthcare center in Eastern KY, is thanking its employees. They’re increasing the pay scale by 28% by raising the minimum wage from $11.75 dollars to $15.05 dollars.“There has been tears, there has been laughter, tears, we have seen every reaction this morning,” says White House Clinics CEO Stephanie Moore. The minimum age raise is going to make up $1.6 million dollars a year and is going to affect 200 families.
