Kentucky sees 52 more deaths from COVID-19

Fifty-two more people have died from COVID-19 in Kentucky. The governor says the state also has 2,305 new cases. Of those, nearly 600 are in children. As many as 1,354 Kentuckians remain hospitalized. Nearly 400 are in the ICU, and more than half are on ventilators. The state’s test positivity rate ow stands at just under 8%. All but four mountain countries are in the red zone on the state’s COVID-19 incidence rate. Morgan County is the only yellow county in the state.
