Kentucky Okays Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine For 12-17 Year Olds
Beginning today Kentuckians from 12- to 15 years old can receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Gov. Andy Beshear made it official on Wednesday after the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention okayed its use for the age group. Permission from a parent or guardian is required for receiving the vaccine. Only the Pfizer vaccine is approved for 12 to 17 year olds. To find a clinic log on to vaccinate.ky.gov.
