Hazard Redevelopment Project

The footers were poured for the first home in the Allais Redevelopment Project in what once started as a dilapidated shopping center is now getting new life in the City of Hazard.Scott McReynolds, Executive Director of the Housing Development Alliance, says that it has been in the works for a long time.
