Eula Hall Dead At 93

The operator of the Mud Creek Clinic in Floyd County died earlier this month at her home. Eula Hall also created the Mud Creek Water District and served as president of the Kentucky Black Lung Association. The Kentucky General Assembly passed a resolution 15 years ago renaming a section of Kentucky Highway 979 through Mud Creek as “Eula Hall Highway” in her honor. She continued to work at what’s now known as the Eula Hall Health Center until her death. She was 93.
