Collins Top Elementary School Archer
A fifth-grader from Letcher County nails the top spot in n the elementary division of the National Archery in the Schools Program tournament that wrapped up last week. Kimber Collins goes to Jenkins Elementary and she’s not only tops in her division but ranked #208 out of all girls including high schoolers. The Program is aimed at improving educational performance among students in grades 4 through 12 and teaches focus, self-control, discipline, patience, and lessons required to be successful in the classroom and in life.
