Blair & Fugate Team Up To Stop Fentanyl Trafficking

Perry County Commonwealth’s Attorney Scott Blair announces he is teaming up with Representative Chris Fugate to stop the increase in fentanyl overdoses and deaths Blair’s office has been experiencing. Blair made it clear that those caught trafficking the drug will be going to jail whether or not a plea deal is made. Fugate tells WYMT he is working on legislation requiring those convicted of fentanyl trafficking to serve at least 85% of their time in jail.
